Notifications: the bell, push and Telegram

The bell in the header shows support replies, the status of your card, articles and requests, plan and events. “All notifications” opens the full list, and deleted ones disappear only from your list.

• They are turned on in “Notifications”, block “This device”.
• They work only in this browser: on your phone and computer turn them on once each.
• If the browser blocked notifications for makesales.uz, allow them in the browser settings. On iPhone notifications work in the installed app.
• Not arriving? Try Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox and check “Do not disturb” mode.

“Connect Telegram” ties the bot to your account, and it works on all devices. How to connect, step by step: in the guide in the “Bot” section.

• “Replies to my support requests”.
• “Status of my requests, articles and card”.
• For experts also “Weekly report”.

Topics are turned on and off in your account and in the bot itself, the setting is saved at once.
