How it started
Pavel Rastrigin has spent 15 years in marketing. Again and again he saw the same picture: specialists complain about clients, clients about specialists, and both are right in their own way. He looked for an answer in other communities but found either noisy chats or closed clubs.
On 1 August 2024 he started his own. Not a big crowd in Telegram, but a circle of people who help each other with words, actions and contacts. The idea is simple: growing together pays off more than growing alone. And among like-minded people you get the main thing: the feeling that you're not crazy and you're moving in the right direction.
Today the community has more than a thousand people, and every new format grew out of a real request from members.
