Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the consent box when signing up or sending a request on makesales.uz, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Pavel Rastrigin, self-employed (Tashkent, Uzbekistan, makesales.uz@gmail.com, +998 50 123 24 00), the "operator", to process my personal data on the terms below.

1. What data

• email, first and last name, profile photo;
• phone, Telegram, LinkedIn, links to websites and social media, if I provide them;
• details for a specialist or company card: specialty, niches, experience, description, portfolio, services, region and work format, company name, position;
• my articles, reviews, comments, requests and support messages;
• plan payment details: amount, term, transfer screenshot;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device, actions on the site (analytics only if I allowed it in the samsa window).

2. Why

• to create and run my account and dashboard;
• to review my request, contact me, conclude and perform the contract under the public offer;
• to publish on the site what I have sent for publication myself (section 3);
• to send service emails and messages: about my request, plan, review, reminders;
• to answer support requests and protect the site from spam and hacking;
• to understand which parts of the site are useful (only with consent to analytics).

I receive marketing mailings only if I subscribe to them separately.

3. Publication on the site

I agree that what I send for publication myself will be visible to all site visitors after the administrator reviews it: a specialist or company card (name, photo, description, niches, links, Telegram for contact), my articles, reviews and comments under the name I give. Email, phone from requests, payment details and technical data are not published.

4. What the operator does with the data

Collection, systematisation, storage, modification, supplementing, use, provision, dissemination (only under section 3), transfer, anonymisation and destruction, with and without automated means.

5. Who receives the data and in which countries

The data is stored and processed by providers acting on the operator's instructions:

• Supabase: database, files, sign-in (Germany, Frankfurt);
• Vercel: running the site (Germany, USA);
• Resend: sending emails (USA);
• Google: Google sign-in, Google Analytics if you allowed statistics (USA);
• Yandex: Yandex Metrica if you allowed statistics (Russia);
• Telegram: the MakeSales bot if you connected it, notifications and payment confirmation;
• Anthropic: translating site texts into English (USA);
• YouTube: podcast episodes on the pages, under its own rules.

Germany, Russia and the USA (for companies in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) are on the list of countries with adequate personal data protection (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 415 of 29.07.2026). I separately agree to the transfer of data to the services listed above, including those whose country is not on that list (Article 15 of the Law on Personal Data).

6. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid while I have an account on the site and for 2 more years after my last contact with the operator, unless I withdraw it earlier.

I can withdraw consent by writing to makesales.uz@gmail.com. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except data it must keep by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.

7. Confirmation

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I have read the privacy policy and that the data I give about myself belongs to me.
