Public offer

This is an offer to enter into a contract for paid placement on makesales.uz. By paying for a plan or an add-on, you accept all the terms below.

1. Who makes the offer

Provider: Pavel Rastrigin, self-employed, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Email: makesales.uz@gmail.com. Phone: +998 50 123 24 00.

The provider owns makesales.uz (the "site") and provides paid placement on it for specialists and companies of the MakeSales community.

2. What this document is

• This is a public offer: a proposal to conclude a contract on these terms with anyone who accepts them (Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
• Whoever accepts the offer is the "customer". A customer can be an adult or a company acting through its representative.
• Prices and the contents of plans and add-ons are listed on the Pricing page and in the administrator's reply to your request. They form part of this offer.

3. Services

• Plans for specialists: Business card, Showcase, Niche leader. This is a card in the site catalog plus the features listed for the plan on the Pricing page.
• Plans for companies: Company page, Company, Premium company.
• One-time add-ons, if shown on the site, and paid event publication.

Free registration (Member) is not part of this offer: it is governed by the site rules and the privacy policy.

4. How the contract is concluded

• The customer signs up, chooses a plan or add-on, sends a request and confirms agreement with this offer.
• The administrator reviews the request and the card against the site rules and sends the amount and payment details. The provider may refuse placement if the card breaks the rules or there are no Niche leader seats left in the field (no more than 6 per field).
• Payment for the chosen plan or add-on is acceptance of this offer (Article 370 of the Civil Code, Article 19 of the Law on E-commerce). The contract is concluded when the payment arrives.
• If a free trial period is enabled on the site, the contract for that period is concluded by sending the request, and payment for the next period is acceptance for the new term.

5. Price and payment

• Prices are in Uzbek sum on the Pricing page or in the administrator's reply. The same places show the price for 12 months and the saving compared with monthly payment.
• Payment is by transfer to a card or to the bank details the administrator provides. After the transfer, the customer sends a screenshot via the MakeSales Telegram bot or in reply to the administrator.
• The plan term is 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, as the customer chooses. It starts on the day the administrator marks the payment. If the same plan is renewed before it ends, the new term starts the day after the current one ends.
• The price of a term already paid does not change.

6. Rights and obligations

The provider undertakes to:

• publish the reviewed card as soon as the administrator marks the payment;
• keep the site running, except for maintenance and outages at hosting providers;
• remind the customer before the plan ends.

The customer undertakes to:

• give truthful information and publish only what they have rights to;
• follow the site rules;
• not share account access with other people.

The provider may unpublish a card or material that breaks the site rules or the law and will tell the customer why.

7. End of plan, cancellation and refunds

• After the paid term ends there is a grace period (currently 14 days), then the card is hidden from the catalog. Data and articles are kept, and renewing brings the card back.
• The customer may cancel at any time by writing to makesales.uz@gmail.com.
• If the card has not been published yet, the provider refunds the full payment within 10 business days using the same method it was received.
• If the card has been published, the provider refunds full unused months within 10 business days. Free months of an annual payment are not counted: the refund is calculated at the monthly price, or at the promotional price if a promotion applied, but never exceeds the amount paid.
• No refund is made if the card was removed for breaking the site rules or the law.

8. Liability

• The provider does not promise any number of clients, orders or views. A plan gives a place and features on the site, not sales results.
• The provider is not responsible for the content of users' cards, articles and reviews, or for agreements between the customer and their clients.
• The provider's liability under the contract is limited to the amount the customer paid for the current plan term.

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints and claims are accepted at makesales.uz@gmail.com or by phone +998 50 123 24 00. We reply within 10 business days.

Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10. Changes to the offer

The provider may change the offer by publishing a new version on this page. A term already paid keeps the terms in force on the day of payment. The offer is valid while it is published on the site.

11. Personal data

The customer's data is processed under the privacy policy and the consent to personal data processing published on the site.
