Your account: what is where

• “Home”: what needs attention (your card was returned, a listing must be paid, a plan is ending), figures and upcoming events.
• “Profile”: your data and photo.
• “My card”: your expert card in the catalog. If you have none, this is also where the “Become an expert” application is.
• “Requests”: requests to you from clients, for experts only.
• “My articles”: articles, opened by an expert plan.
• “My company”: the form and page of your company.
• “My events”: your applications to list events and slot bookings at events.
• “My reviews”: your reviews of experts, a review of the community and comments on articles.
• “Saved”: articles, experts, companies and events you bookmarked.
• “Notifications”: what to send and where.
• “Security”: password and signing out on other devices.

On a phone the account “Home” is a list of sections. Theme and language are changed in the menu of the badge with your name.

• A password of at least 10 characters, better a phrase of several words.
• The sign-in email is changed through support, so that a stranger cannot swap it.
• If you signed in on someone else's computer or lost your phone, press “Sign out on all other devices”.
• MakeSales never asks for your password in Telegram or messengers.

The account “Home” has a “Need help?” block: write to us, we usually reply within a day. Next to the main form fields there is a “How to fill in” link: it opens the right place in these guides in a new tab.
