Search in the catalog
The catalog can be filtered by direction, niche, work format and region. A card shows services, niches, reviews, rating and badges: “Niche leader”, “Showcase”, “Verified by MakeSales”. The “Message on Telegram” button leads straight to the expert, with no intermediaries and no commissions.
A request to an expert

Press “Leave a request”
The button on the expert's page opens the bot. No Telegram? Press “No Telegram? Fill in the form”: it works after you sign in.

Describe the task
From 10 to 1000 characters: what needs doing, the timing and budget if you have one. No links and no rude words.

Leave a contact
A phone, an email or an @nickname on Telegram. The expert sees it only if they press “I'll take it”.

Wait for the answer
If the expert takes the task, you get their contact: by a message in the bot if the request went through the bot, and by a notification on the site. If the expert cannot, a polite refusal arrives and you can choose another.
- You can send 3 requests a day (bot and site together) and one open request to one expert.
- The list of your requests in the bot: the “My requests” button.
- An expert may turn off accepting requests: then they have no button.
A review after the work
On the expert's page there is a “Leave a review” button (you need to sign in). Give your name, position and company, a rating and a text of at least 20 characters: what the task was, what was done, what the result was. The review appears after moderation, one review per expert. Your reviews are collected in “My reviews”.
