What the bot can do

• “Find an expert”: direction, niche, five cards at a time with a “Leave a request” button.
• “Upcoming events” (the /events command): a list with a “Going” button.
• “Articles” and “Podcast”: the latest from the site.
• “My requests”: the requests you sent to experts and their statuses.
• “Settings” (the /settings command): which topics to send.
• “My account”: a link to your account on the site.
• /stop: the bot stops sending anything and removes your “Going” marks.

Subscribers get announcements of new events and articles. Under an announcement there are buttons “Details”, “✋ Going” and “Unsubscribe”. More: in the events guide.

• Support replies.
• Statuses of requests, articles, card and plan.
• Notifications that an expert took your request or could not.

• Requests arrive right in the bot: buttons “I'll take it”, “Not for me”, “Report”, “Block”. A person's contact opens after “I'll take it”.
• Every Monday at 10:00 a report for the week: card views, “Message” clicks, requests and article views.
• Plan renewal with the “Renew plan” button when 7 days or fewer are left.
• In the settings you can turn off accepting requests and the report.

In the group the bot reacts to requests like “need a production studio”: it suggests up to five specialists of this niche and the buttons “Leave a request through the bot” and “All in the niche”. The bot does not save the text of messages.
