Tie it to your account

Sign in to the site
Open your account, section “Notifications”.

Press “Connect Telegram”
The bot opens, press Start in it. The link is single-use and valid for 15 minutes.

Go back to the site
The page refreshes by itself, and the bot writes “Done, Telegram is connected to the account”.
Once tied, the bot sends support replies and statuses of requests, articles, card and plan, and experts also get requests and a weekly report.
Disconnect
In your account press “Disconnect Telegram”, or in the bot “Disconnect account”. Personal notifications stop arriving, and you can connect again at any moment. If you stopped the bot in Telegram, open it and press Start to receive messages again.
