Where requests come from
- From the @MakesalesUz_bot bot: a person chooses “Find an expert”, a niche and your card, and describes the task.
- From your card page: the “Leave a request” button (into the bot) or “No Telegram? Fill in the form” (only after signing in).
- From the bot's hints in the group: to a request like “need a production studio” the bot suggests experts of the niche and a request button.
Requests come to the bot if you connected Telegram. Without the bot they come to your account, with the bell and by email.
How to answer
- 1
Read the task
You see the task and who it is from: a bot guest, a community member or a request from the site. There is no contact yet.
- 2
Press “I'll take it” or “Not for me”
“I'll take it” opens the contact, and the person gets a message that you will get in touch. “Not for me” sends a polite refusal.
- 3
Write to the person
They are waiting for your message at the contact from the request.
If a request is inappropriate, press “Report” (it goes to the administrator) or “Block” (the person will no longer be able to leave you requests).
Rules and limits
- One person can send no more than 3 requests a day (bot and site together) and one open request to one expert.
- The task: from 10 to 1000 characters, no links and no rude words.
- The “Accept requests” switch in your account turns acceptance off: “Leave a request” disappears from the bot and from your page. Turn it back on when you have time.
Numbers and report
In “Requests” you see for 30 days: card views, “Message on Telegram” clicks, “Leave a request” clicks, requests and how many you took. On Mondays at 10:00 the bot sends a report for the previous week. You can turn it off with a button in the report or in the bot settings.
