How to take a slot

Find an event with slots
The event page has a “Book this slot” button and a counter “N of M free”. The page says how many minutes each company has.

Sign in
The booking is tied to your account. One person can take one slot per event.

Fill in the company application
Company name, who speaks (name and position), a contact phone, about the company from 20 characters. Optionally a website, Instagram, Telegram and a presentation.

Book it
The slot is held for you. The company appears on the event page after the organizer reviews it.
- Only the organizer sees the phone.
- The presentation is a Google Docs link with view access. We do not upload files.
- Links and @nicknames cannot go into “About the company”: there are fields above for them.
Where to see the status
The booking is visible in “My events”, tab “My bookings”: “Under review”, “Approved” or “Rejected”. When the status changes, you get a notification.
